Hatha Yoga Basic
In this class Miwa will lead you to take Asana=poses thoroughly while breathing to stimulate the work of organs. The aim is to be conscious of movements of your muscle and the framework and to see how effective it is when you do this. Let’s concentrate on the mat for 60 minutes, feel your mind stop racing, and achieve the feeling of liberation right in the heart of Niseko’s natural surroundings.

Miwa
Niseko Harmony Yoga
After being certified as Yoga teacher in Tokyo, Miwa Moved to Niseko in 2012, then launched Niseko Harmony Yoga in 2015 with hopes to spread Yoga in the area. She leads lessons that can be a good introduction to all beginners using her own experience of having "inflexible body" and keeping the class small to see everyone well. Her objection is to bring harmony to body and soul, like [Wa], the 2nd letter of her name, which means harmony.

Jac is interested in the energetic and healing qualities of yoga. Jac currently teaches Hatha, Power and Yin yoga in Niseko where she is based.

Relax Ying Yoga
This class is good for all levels, and is designed to bring a good balance of Ying and Yang by practicing several standing poses(Yang) and stretching poses(Ying). We’ll pay attention to the breathing and deepening of the asana, to try to find “where you stand right now”. Happy to be there with all to experience this yoga class in this nature of Niseko.
